Mackenzie celebrated her first birthday this July and I was so honored to get to capture her 1 year photos! As you can see from the image below, she was a gem to photograph with tons of wonderful emotions and an adorable smile. This shoot also meant working with her two wonderful parents, Amy and Andy who I’ve know since college. Amy’s sister Ellen and I were roommates for years and Andy and I both swam for Mizzou, too! For their shoot we utilized the trails near Parkville in the early morning hours. It was really fun to photograph these two with their darling daughter and see first hand want amazing parents they are. Working with Mackenzie also made me extremely excited to meet the baby we are expecting in just a short 8 weeks!!!! Thank you Amy and Andy, I loved photographing Mackenzie and all her wonderful expressions. Happy First Birthday Mackenzie! Andrea
